I figured that it was time to put up a new blog puke in my journal (why did they have to use blog?) and since I woke up and was just tossing and turning I decided that I'd hop on here and do something.... The question is what? I don't really feel like playing on the boards, or hunting down stuff to cut and paste for...

Woof, how can you think of anything else knowing who's missing you too. Lucky lucky duckies!

Hang in there. Sooner or later all the kids will use up their fireworks. wink
koala:
I got to see the 4th of July fireworks from inside an airplane thousands of feet above ground...It was so spectacular, you don't even know...biggrin

So today I had to teach a class on safety to an entire air squadron. That would have been fine if I was the one that was going to put the presentation together and make the power point presentation myself but I had to use one that our civilian nurse put together. I'm not going to say that she didn't know what she was doing...

Wow WhiteWidow Those (trainer?) jets look alot like the old A-37 Dragonfly's the U.S. used in Vietnam. I always wished I could fly one... smile

That or the old P-38 Lightning or the A-10 Warthog (2 engines are better than 1)

Hey Pete, sorry to hear that everyone sucks so much where you work. I guess I can't really complain about the heat (in light of your situation). Who knows, maybe one day you'll be a greedy little ( I mean great) physician too???
Hope all is well, and have a happy 4th. Ooh yea! (I'm not feeling particularly patriotic this year...) whatever

Then again, there's probably going to be a ton of fireworks...

On second thought, maybe not. Speaking of fire there was one near Dad's house by the freeway yesterday (reaching Temecula Creek Inn) eeek They may think twice about the fireworks over the casino this year... Otherwise, they might not be so lucky. frown I hope you've had a restful weekend. Talk to you later.

I must have watched England score like 12 times before I realized it would never end...

ENGLAND! ENGLAND!
ENGLAND! ENGLAND!

Goooal, it's a goooaaaaaal, it's a goal!

(Scotland) England, England, England, England...

Now I'll never be able to sleep (dancing footie badgers will be running through my head all night).

Thanks.

Oh yeah, the chainsaw. I totally understand that feeling. Especially when it's something that should be relatively easy and straightforward...but 6 hours later you have to start wondering about what line you were in when brains were handed out. Well, at least that's how I start feeling after a while.

Although I still have to say, nothing's more satisfying than a flamethrower. **sigh** smile

Hee...love the footy clip.
panthro:
you seriously need to stop with the home improvements! we need to keep you alive at least until december! wink

Ok... A stripper song with Picachu dancing to it??? I think the heat has already melted your brain. Come to think of it, carbon dioxide molecules would be subject to the laws of partial pressure when changing altitude (or other changes in atmospheric pressure), but I wouldn't worry too much about any "evil effects" (just the possible venting of gas) biggrin, What's up with that knuckle-head, what the heck is he doing with his coke, inhaling it? skull CO2

I wouldn't worry too much about this guy unless he starts ranting about commies, flouride and protecting our "Purity Of Essence"... Then you'd better contact the guys with the people-sized butterfly nets.
schiavona:
Have you ever thought of playing a game of Simon Says with the newbies? Or slip in one thing that will totally benefit you? biggrin Eh, they're new. Go for it. wink

Okay, the dancing picachu is stragely hypnotic. Have you seen Badgers?

Another boring Sunday, do the dishes, vacuume the floor, wash laundry, get my uniform ready for next week, tune up my mountain bike.... not very exciting whatever But then again I'm missing the most exciting part of my life right now. I think that its a kind of withdrawl... I really haven't felt like myself since about a week ago just kicking things along at a...

Sorry you're feeling a little down brother. Maybe you could try to keep yourself busy in the mean time to help break up the funk... whatever Oh, I KNOW! Check out my new journal entry for a laugh, maybe that'll work. In the mean time, let me try to amuse you now (how's that for instant gratification?). biggrin

Ok, look at my mug:
