I'll be surprised if I'm not a melted spot on the roadside by the end of the week, I was fortunate
enough to have a breeze (going the wrong direction) on the way home today, and it's only going to get hotter. From what I understand we're due for the hottest summer in 400 years, well that is what they say who ever they are. I love the fact that now that I can assume more resonsibilities people just assume that I have the time to take over their little projects. I have become an unofficial instructor. This week I have to give a class on summer safety to a bunch of idiots out at the air field. This guy called me and actually asked me to make sure that I put something into my presentation about the evils of carbonated beverages and how the carbonation will leech its way into your blood. WHO LET THE VILLAGE IDIOT ON BASE???? Then the next week I'm starting advancement training for all the people that were not able to advance last cycle since I'm such a good example why it pays to study after making after only 2 tries. I hate to say it but I think that I spent a grand total of maybe a week studying, and that was only to brush up on a few things I knew I didn't already know. Then I get to start prepping to teach the newbie corpsmen on becoming an EMT. I think that I'm going to be teaching Trauma Interventions and assesment. Well on the up side I'm going to cover my instructional hours to keep my EMT in less then 1 months time for the next 2 years 
Personally I'm just taking up space till I get to take to the air again and fly up north to see my baby. 
We've got a couple really big choices to make in the next couple months.

I wouldn't worry too much about this guy unless he starts ranting about commies, flouride and protecting our "Purity Of Essence"... Then you'd better contact the guys with the people-sized butterfly nets.
