Normaly this isn't such a big deal, it means that I get to go run wild on any emergeny care that goes on in the clinic, not like I don't already kick those less qualified out of my way first). Today I almost said the Q word (quiet), but I never did, I guess thinking it is enough to let it reach out and bite me just to let me know that its still there. We were on our way out for the day when sure enough we get a call from some Lt. that thinks he knows a thing or two about medicine. I guess one of his guys got bitten by something while they were out doing field excercises and playing super special forces. That ment the duty crew had to wait till they could get this guy in so we could check it out. So I learned my lesson about even thinking the Q word.
