Yeeeaaaaah...... So I said yesterday that the thieves are out like no other? Get this....
Pregnant lady in the store today...probably about 25-27 years old. Straight up steals a rhinestone necklace from me, puts it in her American Eagle bag. Then she sees me watching her, and decides to pay for the perfume she's holding. Her "man" comes in....how's he gonna steal earrings RIGHT in front of me? LOSERS! So I bust the dude, after he walks out, and his preggo chick takes off. He all tries to tell me the earrings are layin' on the floor, I tell him to empty out his pocket, and he tosses the earring over by some other customers foot. Puts up this big argument like he's the man, and he wouldn't steal from some "chick" store. Too freakin' bad I was there by myself at the time, and there were quite a few other customers, otherwise I would have filed a report on his ass, because he was LAME!
ARGH!!!!
Doesn't anyone have those good ol' fashioned values anymore? Crimeny people!
(side note-I'm not doubting the integrity of anyone on my "friend" list--I'm just wondering about the general public)

So, this girl comes in and is staring at me, right in the eye, while I see her hands reach down and slip some candy into her pocket. Sadly, she had to be about 20 too... so it's not like it was a kid. Anyway, she came up to the register, acting like nothing was wrong, and put the movies she wanted to rent on the couter.... I asked her if that was all, and then again if she was sure... and then let her pay... when she walked through our little security gait, I put a movie by it so that it would go off and she jumped. Funny stuff. She came back over took the candy out, and paid for it... she was like "I forgot I had this". Yeah, you bet. Anyway, it was a good time.
True story.
