ok so i've gone a week and 2 days without a ciggie..yay! Ill admit that i have used a little bit of chewing tobacco and smoked a couple of cigars when the craving was so awful. But I feel like im breaking the habit. The cravings were not so bad the first week..they are realy getting worse, not better, the longer I go...ouch! when will it stop? maybe another week or so i can totally wean myself off nicotine and go through complete withdrawal it will be better. Started a new job yesterday and was stressed...when i got out of there i wanted a ciggie so bad...then when i woke up today again i was dying for one. ...ugggh..its so fucked up my body too..i cant sleep well..and when i do im having nightmares and shit..also eating everything in site...i gotta be careful not to turn into a fat slob.
