What are people’s views on what is “unfaithful” and what is “cheating?” Do you think there’s a difference and what is being unfaithful exactly compared to cheating?

And saying you’re not satisfied is not an excuse. If he really needs more than she provides they should have a discustion and see if such needs can be met or if the relationship should end.

The quickest way to ask if its fair is to reverse the rolls. Lets reasonable assume the dude is terrible at eating girls out.  Would he be fine with her seeking out the fulfillment from other guys?
