Jozsef....thank you for that! I had no idea the rate was at 25%...that's promising. I'll have to look into it and see if there are any anti-discrimination laws about it here. I would think they could still get around it, though. They could always say they didn't hire me for one other reason or another.
I really try not to be pessimistic, but as someone who has been looking for a job for a YEAR....kinda hard not to be. :/
