i hate the IRS. i hate my school right now. but im going to germany on saturday night for a whole month. this trip is gonna rock so much. and im 21 now so i can buy myself beer when i want to and dont have to bother asking someone to do it.

My BF used to live in Augsburg, and in fact we may be coming there this month as well!
He's into history the same as you and could probably tell you about Munich quite a bit. I'll ask him and post in a few days.

Use the AFRC resorts. Super cheap and nice too.
Garmisch and Chiemsee are really close by. Garmisch is great for hiking in the Alps, and going doing outdoors stuff. Chiemsee has a more quiet air about it, but has 2 castles and 1 is on an island. Heren Chiemsee.
