After a long race weekend up at Lowe's Motor Speedway, it's nice to have Sunday off. It was a good race last night and I got to see Jeff Gordon win for the third time this year and second week in a row. I talked to some good people and got a lot of good pictures for the web site.
I'm going to try and get a job at an indoor karting place I go racing all the time. I figure it'll be a good way to pay the bills once my one job is finished in November and I'll be able to learn more about working on the karts themselves. In addition, drivers and crew members come in there all the time and working there would give me more access to them for interviews and what-not.
Other things have been going better I guess, although I still think it's too early to tell anything for sure. There are things that we need to work on still and that's gonna take time.
