Hey all. Hope all is well with everyone. I haven't posted anything on here in a while so I figured I would. Things are starting to fall in place and its all coming together nicely. I am a free lance NASCAR writer and doors are starting open and this summer will be one where I am surrounded by racing on one side and excellent music and excellent people on the other. The family is coming down for the races in May and then it's time to get to work.

The other great this is the crew. The Commonwealth Crew is really starting to get our shit together. IED (the crew's band - I don't have a musical bone in my body so I'm not in it) is kicking ass, sounding good and have their first shows coming up in the next few weeks. The house we're in is great and if you're ever in Charlotte come find us.

Hopefully life won't come and bite me in the ass as it usually does, but so far things are on the up. I'm going to try and stay more active on the site than I have been, so feel free to comment and say hello. I will probably be posting some of my NASCAR blogs on here too, look past the 'redneck' aspect and have a read.

I hope everyone has a great weekend and don't forget this Tuesday April 17, is Free Cone Day at any Ben & Jerry's. Come in and get free ice cream all day long.
