I can't believe that November is almost over this year is almost over... It's going by so fast I feel like I'm trying to catch up.

Ok so I decided to for go the temporary dye and try some toner. At it came out horible it pulled out all the orange and left a grey... Grrrrrr I'm so over my hair right now I can either say fuck it and dye my hair pink or say fuck it and shave my head.

It does suck something fierce... I'm super disappointed. However I must be fair, the whole company nationwide put a freeze on all personnel movement. So albeit feels like a personal thing I guess there are many like myself who must feel the same.

I feel a lot better today, things are going really well...With the time change I got out of work in time to watch the sunset. The sky was so pretty.

to really help kill the craveings. Even if you cann't do it this
time it's a step towards being Nic-free.
Find a displacement for those times when you would lite up.
Car is the worst for associative behavior. Try Licorice Root,
chew on one when you would have a cig., sort of a floss and
breath freshener at the same time. Wishing you much success.
