YEP! I have not had a cigarette since March 1st. I've been smoking since I was 10...so needless to say I'm pretty fucking proud of my self. I guess after seeing my Dad quit after 40 years I was inspired to do the same.

Yay! I quit in December of '07. It's good being smoke free... well.. almost. I've slipped up a *couple* times when out socializing but just a stolen puff here and there but it gets easier and easier to say no as time goes...
