A quickie before I go teach.
I am currently in an argument on Facebook with some folks who are pushing some new weight loss miracle drug/supplement/placebo thing.
My point is you don't need the drug, you just need the lifestyle change that goes along with said drug. Why would I put something strange into my body, while denying it of the food it needs?
Their point is I'm close minded and afraid of technology.

I teach toddlers...actually I work with kids from 3 months old to 4 yrs. It definitely keeps me active!
