One of the most fascinating things to me is the weather - I am such a weather junkie its ridiculous!! I have my firefox web browser all set up with my weather tool bar that gives me current weather and the weather advisories, sounds boring but it is awesome. Well tonight it pops up 2 warnings that there is a Thunderstorm heading my way at 50 mph.... so i prepare by turning off the lights going out to the sun porch and wait. Ok sounds silly but I love storms, reminds me of when I was a kid.
Watching the storm roll in and realizing how quickly it is traveling is mind blowing - seeing the lightning fill the sky with random shots of bolts here and there. Then the rain came down so hard cars were having to pull off to the side of the road because it was soo much rain mixed in with the gusts of 70 mph wind - It makes me so excited! In my opinion watching that is more exciting than any tv show!
The only bad part of the storms we get is my poor cats hate them soo much and they just crawl into the blankets on my bed and just lay there until someone comes to get them. Always feel bad about that.
That's all just wanted to share my excitement of the storm!
