So I went from nothing to blog about to too much. 
I finally have Connor with me again!
It's so great to have him here. I couldn't be more excited. I spent a week with him and his dad and we just had the best time. The lovely Knox_ treated us to a day at Hurricane Harbor and we all had a blast. 
She is so awesome! And so sexy!
The same day my roommate decided to bail on the next six months of the lease with no warning whatsoever.
And she took my wine bottle opener. Apparently, me and my husband are no good, lazy assholes who do everything we can to make her life a living hell. But she's the one who flakes out, leaves it to us to notify the leasing office, and refuses to take her name off the lease even though she doesn't live here now. I've had my fill of immaturity. Any more and I might slap someone.
On to better news...
Connor is forcing me to relive my childhood and we're watching all of the original Power Rangers episodes on Netflix. It baffles me as to why I loved this show as a kid. The acting is atrocious. But Connor thinks its great. Every male ranger is daddy and female ranger is mommy, except for Tommy. Tommy gets to be Tommy for some unknown reason. Everyone else is a puppy. I love this kid.
My new set, Natural State, comes out June 13th at 11am. Don't forget!
The other set didn't quite work out the way I wanted to, but not to worry the idea is still on the back burner.
Still not sure what to do with my hair. I'm thinking teal streaks, but I just don't know.

Oh, I respect theatre superstitions, but they vary from venue to venue--even locally! At California's First Theatre, for example, there would be NO whistling backstage. Paper Wing never heard of that one. Our producer there IS, however, strong on the "Scottish Play" superstition... but is ALSO of the sect that believes that it's all right to say "Macbeth" if you're actually performing/producing MACBETH, which we are.
