So I realize it's been almost 2 weeks since my last update but that's because things have been super crazy around here, so get ready for a super epic blog with many edits because I keep forgetting to add stuff. 
Okay. So I left off with an angry sister in law and a douche at a club. Well literally the next day, James got called for an interview with Loomis! We were super excited about it because this is the first time he's been called back in 9 months. We really needed some luck. Well they interviewed him and then called him back about 2 days later to come in for a polygraph later that week. James did his polygraph and passed. They told him they would call again to set up a driving test. More on this in a minute. (I'm doing it chronologically. It's easier to remember that way.
)
I discovered the awesomeness of an apple cinnamon waffle.
Changed my nose stud for a ring. It took 20 minutes with me sitting in my sink. I love it though. Pictures will be posted soon.
James went to the doctor and he said everything was good. Yay!
My cousin Haley left school for the summer and came home. Since I hadn't seen her for a year I decided the best way for her to start her holiday was with some drinks and dancing. (I love to dance.) So I kidnapped her and me and my sister in law took her to our usual place. Guess who was there? Yep. The douche. We are friends with his friends so we didn't object when they sat down with us. And he was on his best behavior, talking and goofing off. THEN he started drinking. And putting his hands on me. So I pushed him off and told him to move on. So he tries to get with my sister in law, who is also married. She got totally pissed, especially when he said he was going to screw her. Yuck. So she starts ignoring him. I guess he thought that maybe I changed my mind in the 10 minutes it took for him to come on to my sister in law and asks if he can kiss me. I shove him away and go dance. This really sweet guy came up and just started dancing with me. No funny business. My shirt actually rode up at one point and he pulled it back down. I was mostly just happy to have a barrier between me and the douche. Well I can only dance for so long so I thanked the sweet guy (I didn't even know his name.
) and sat back down with Haley and my sister in law. So we're all talking and ignoring the douche and suddenly he yells out "Shut the fuck up!" So we left. Didn't say bye, didn't finish our drinks, we just walked out. If I see him again any time soon, I can't promise that I won't just kick him in the balls. There is no sense in that type of behavior. I don't care if you're drunk or not.
Did Mother's Day at my mom's house. I got her a picture frame and a card. I felt awful because I completely blanked on getting my sister or my grandmother anything. So I gave them a hug. My grandmother was happy with it and thanked me. My sister got mad because she spent the money our uncle gave us on gifts for everyone and I didn't have anything to give her in return. Don't you just love family? My mom came up with a $15 itunes gift card and my grandmother gave me a $10 walmart gift card. I told them not to get me anything so I wanted to cry when they did.
I took Haley to the Goodwill store on Tuesday. (She had never been shopping in one and I wanted to show her that you can find super awesome stuff without paying a whole lot.) We spent 3 hours in there trying stuff on and finding things. It was sooooooo much fun! While we were there we met the owner of the local arena football team and he gave us free passes to the next game. We haven't decided if we're going to go or not.
Took Haley home.
Watched Black Swan. It was really good. Made me so jealous. I've always wanted to be able to do ballet, but I was always told I was too tall. It also made me want to move somewhere where I could actually see ballet live. I've always loved it. It was really interesting though. Me and James have all sorts of theories as to what was going on.
James did his driving test and passed. They called the next day to set up a DOT physical. He passed that too. Now all that is left is him going to Atlanta next weekend for training. I wish I could go with him but I don't think that's possible. But if he gets this job I won't care.
My sister got a Friday the 13th tattoo. The guy I usually go to set up a deal where you could get certain ones for $20. I thought about doing it, but I have so many big pieces I want right now that it didn't seem like a good idea to get another one. Especially since I only found one design that I really liked. I figured put that $20 towards one I really want instead of getting one that I kind of like because I can afford it.
I really want another tattoo though. I hate being broke.
Oh! And I went out with my best friend for margaritas and loaded potato skins. Yum! (I need to stop talking about food. I'm really hungry now. )
This weekend has been pretty uneventful. My sister in law went to Atlanta with some friends so it's been nice and quiet around here. We spent last night watching all 3 Jurassic Park movies. Connor absolutely loves dinosaurs.
We also took Connor to the pet store yesterday. He is absolutely in love with this one white parrot because he gets to pet it. So whenever we are near we have to stop in and say hello to the bird. He also almost when face first into the koi pond they have in there. He wanted to kiss the biggest fish. Luckily we caught him in before he did it.
And it looks like we finally won the battle with the ants. It took a tub of Vaseline, 3 bottles of Windex, 2 bottle of that Raid Barrier spray, and 2 complete clean ups of the house. Thank goodness we didn't have to bomb the place. We still find a few here and there, but they aren't taking over the entire house.
So that's the abbreviated version of the last two weeks. I have been getting on with my phone and reading, but it's stupid and won't let me leave comments most of the time. I promise I haven't forgotten about you guys and with some luck I should have some pictures up soon.
