Went to the doctor today. Those people sure don't listen to you when you say you don't have insurance. I paid $300 just for the visit and then they kept trying to do extra tests on me. How many times should I have to say no?!? I wouldn't have gone but it was time for my Implanon to come out of my arm. Yep! I paid $300 so they could slice open my arm and dig around with forceps. Luckily its not too sore. And I made myself watch. I figure I've got tattoos and piercings. I've had a kid. Time to man up and see what was happening. That and I had no idea what that thing looked like but since it'd been in my arm for 3 years I wanted to see it. And of course the first thing that happens after I leave the doctors office is my niece tries to rip off my bandage. She's lucky I love her as much as I do.

I got a super cute jumper/dress thing and an awesome pair of pants today for $5! I hope I'll have pictures up tomorrow. Today was a little crazy.

And it's that time of year again. I found ants all over my bathroom. The poisons we keep using just aren't working like they should so I looked up some home remedies. I don't like spraying all of those chemicals with the kids and the dogs in the house. Tomorrow I'm going to the store to stock up on mint, Vaseline, and baby powder. Hopefully this stuff works.

And my sister in law found out today that she is losing her job in 2 weeks. They are closing the store and since she has worked there the shortest amount of time she is the one getting fired. We don't think she worked there long enough to get unemployment so that's even more of a bummer. James is going with her to a temp agency tomorrow so hopefully they can both start getting a little money in. It's not much but at least it will be something. I would go too but someone has to stay with the kids.
