I got my glasses today! *happy dance* Now I can be lazy on days I don't wanna put in my contacts but still want to see. (Sorry for those of you who thought the green was my real eye color.)

I realized something today. I could be really good friends with my sister in law if she would just stop stealing my stuff. She stole a VHS of Peter Pan from me this week. It sucks. But anywho, I brought her lunch and sat with her while she closed up at work then we went to Walmart and just walked around and talked. It was really nice. It's just the not being able to trust her that kills it.

I also got a little annoyed today because I put on my swimsuit (I meant to take a couple of pics but I forgot. Oops.) and slathered myself in sunscreen so we could go swimming just to find out that the kids were in trouble and couldn't even go outside. Which meant another shower. Grrr. Maybe in the next couple of days I will finally be able to get in the pool now that it has more than 6 inches of water in it.

Super excited about Saturday still. I'm getting butterflies, but I'm still definitely going to do it.

And no word yet on that job. Waiting is so hard sometimes. If he gets it we can move! I can be close enough to actually meet people on the site. It seems everyone I meet is at least halfway across the country. Sometimes it feels so surreal. Like no one really exists. But that's just me being weird. And I just really want to get out of here.
