Well I appreciate it. I haven't had many to talk to lately, even though I've actually tried. I've been through a Murphy's Law 48 hours, and I've been feelign incredibly overwhelmed and defeated all day, but I'm watching this documentary show on maximum security prisons and I'm just thanking God I'm not living like that....

Okay. Finally I have a little bit of time to update. I've been sick and Connor has been sick so life has been kind of crappy. I slept for 28 hours straight the other day. Thank goodness for James. He's so great to me.

Walmart can color hair different colors. Such as purple. For bangs it would probably only cost like 4 dollars, not joking. I hope you feel better, being sick is the worst!!!!!!!! I would be honored if you used that picture. Sunflowers are also my favorite. I made curtains for my kitchen windows with sunflowers on them....actually my whole kitchen has sunflowers. lol.
So unfortunately life has made a liar of me and I've been absent for 2 days now. Once again this is a super short blog but I'm hoping this little piece of awesomeness will make up for my neglect. I swear as soon as the headache lets up I will definitely have things to say and pictures to post.

Right down the street from my place is a laundromat, a used bookstore, and an independent coffee shop. I throw in my clothes, get a cup of coffee, and buy a book or three. I still have more than I can read.
One of my favorite ways of choosing new books is to go to the bookstore (you can do this at the library too) and pick out the publisher of a book you already love. Like Vintage Contemporary - they have a very distinct logo & font that they use for all their authors. If they publish it it is at least worth a look.
