And I pretty sure that Im better off without!! Seriously last time I checked you hired people that knew how to do the job or were semi trainable, not on personality!! But yup thats what I ended up with, a real bitchy know it all and excessive talker!!
All I can say is at least they answer to me and not the other way around!!
