thanks for the compliments--i'm really much more talented when i actually try......those pics are photoshopped to cover the blurriness, etc. i'm embarassed to admit that i took them. i took most of them on a whim with a borrowed digital camera. (my ex-husband's, actually....haha)
the validation is actually good for me, after the rejection from my ex-- based partially on my thinness. sheesh.

I'm loathe to try to cook donuts, my baking adventures largely turn out frighteningly badly. My bread-machine loaves are mysteriously stumpy, my cookies taste horrible... but then my shortbread is pretty fantastic. Oh and I accidentally made some really tasty marshmallow peeps, covered in cocoa powder. The cocoa made them really crisp on the outside!

Crankypants, rarely. Underpants, sometimes. Blunderpants, never. Plaidpants, all the time. *giggle*
