I went for a run today, the first since I broke my foot last fall. It went well, my foot didn't hurt at all. Each time in the past 6 months I have thought that it was doing O.K. and I've tried to run I've made it about 2-3 blocks before it starts to hurt so bad that I limp home and get all depressed about getting old and feel like a cripple for days. But not today, it feels great. Yea for me!!!
I had a long and very unprosperous day today at work. Got home and went for a grueling 2 hour bike ride with my older son on the BMX trails, doing little jumps and sliding down little curving downslopes and almost becoming one with the blackberries(I did stop to fill my waterbottle with berries for tomorrows pancakes). After dinner the younger son wanted to ride with me, so we went and raced around the neighborhood. He gets the side walk and I ride in the grass to slow me down. Finally got them into bed and the girl starts talking about flow rates and cramp intensity. So now I sit here alone , listening to Dead Kennedys and try to plan my weekend.
Sat Morning: Blackberry pancakes with blackberry maple syrup. Scrambled eggs. Fried potatoes and onions.
-Farmers Market
-Possibly go to Hillsboro fairgrounds with boys for the Fair and rides
-Off to Brewersfest
-Then Sabala's around 10ish to see Germany in Societas Insomnia
You just gotta love the fire dancers!
After all that, who knows.

really hot cousins... WooHoo! but it is Indiana so she is most likely fat. It seams to happen over there quite a bit. It must be all the good BBQ. But yeah I'll be on here, and i plan on coming back to PDX to hang out some more with n8tvegrl so I'll let you know when!
