snowy snowy out there today. last night i shoveled the driveway & the sidewalks & the steps at my place, and the upstairs neighbor (a really weird guy - i don't need to get into that though) is standing in the common hallway when i'm through. he thanks me for the shoveling and gives me a small sack of a leafy green substance believed to be marijuana for my troubles. score!
i fucking hate winter. getting sweaty sucks as it is, but getting sweaty from shoveling snow sucks the worst. i can only think of one instance where i don't mind getting sweaty; if you guessed getting sweaty from fucking......well, you're right!
no big plans on my horizon for now. i'm settling in to a new job, accepting the worker-bee thing for awhile. trying not to look too far in front even though it's tempting. most recently i've been having these dreams & daydreams where i came into a large sum of money and i'm picking out the house i want to buy, and finally having a decent car with valid license plates on it. that's what it will take for me to ever own anything (of substance); a miracle. fuck.
