Everyone has the breaking point but the fact that you are so upset about what happened shows how much you care. Running when you are upset is the best thing in the world! I always feel better after a run, I love the long run and Sunday morning is my favorite day of the week because that is the day we do our long run. You will get back into the training quickly I bet.
