OK so it was my children that were freakin me out.
The teen is irritated with me. I suck. Why don't I let him be part of all decisions. I told him because this is what parents do. Sorry you don't understand me. I don't always understand you either. God love him.
The 10 year old is freakin bi-polar or something. Well not really. He just really likes to have fun. When he is not having fun he is bored. When he is bored everyone has to deal with his mood.
I swam 36 laps this morning. Why I couldn't just push it to 40 I don't know. But I feel like I am back on my game now. Last week I thought I had lost it all. All that hard work down the drain.
Oh and I am planning to stop eating sugar in January. I did it before and my body was much happier and thinner. So hopefully she will have the same reaction this time. Why bother until after the holidays though really.

feel what you're dealing with. hellstorm has a good idea
there I might even adapt it.
