Went to the gym for the first time in around five months it really felt like it too. I'm only telling my SG followers this, but I stood on the scale Sunday and saw a scary number. One I never thought I'd live to see the day. So I vowed to drop some weight and in doing so change my life as well. Wish me luck you guys.
