I realize I don't know you but allow me to say I am proud of your accomplishment.  It takes a lot of dedication and hard work to improve oneself and especially more so when it is something as bad as hurting yourself.  I find it amazing that no matter how bad things can get, us humans do have an inner strength that will overcome nearly anything in our path.
