What a bunch of crap. I know enough about brake systems to know they don't just "go out". It takes months of grinding, or a significant brake fluid leak that you will *notice* before your brakes just "go out". You can tell MILES ahead of time if you aren't going to have braking power, and he should have known better than to drive it in that condition. I hope the cop was hip to that too.

About 10 years or so ago a friend's band back in Saginaw did a cover of Knowledge and that is what got me into them, that song will always, therefore, be one of my favorites. My cousin who is only 15 or so listens to a lot of more current punk/ska type stuff and I played OpIvy for him. "What the hell is this?" he asked......"This is good music, if it wasn't for this, that shit you listen to wouldn't exist" I told him.
