AIDS walk this weekend
Frightened Rabbit in 11 days. (Fuck, I'm excited.)
Thanksgiving/visiting Pittsburgh in 9 weeks/2 months

I've been spending many an evening with my roommate Eric. He's in the lead for closest thing to a friend I have here. He has his incredibly pessimistic moments.

I got canceled on twice on Sunday. One root canal and one flat bike tire. Eric thinks my...

I moved into my new/first place on Monday!
-I wasn't going to move until Saturday, but being that I bought a bed on Sunday, why would I bother waiting? FU Milwaukie!

I feel lame for going to bed by 10. But man, am I sleepy already.

Got my step-moms old phone in the mail to replace my broken one so I can text again.

It was 96+ degrees all day today. frown

I ventured up to Hawthorne to go exploring. There are a bunch of thrift clothes store, but I didn't find anything all the great. I do, however, own shorts for the first time since early high school. And they're more capris/bermuda shorts than the short shorts kind.

I came very close to trading blood for ice cream. It...

For the past couple weeks, I've been housesitting in North Portland for a freind of a family friend who I met once. It started out that she was going to be gone for 10 days.
Then she didn't come back.

Then she was going to be back last tuesday. I was starting to wonder if I was going to get a free house. Apparently, I'll...

Today is my 1 month-a-versary of being in Portland! I have yet to hear or find something that I don't like. smile

My dad and step-mom are coming to visit on Thursday and are staying for the weekend. I hear we're going to the ocean for a few days.

I'm in search of a bike.
suispud1:
somewhere a bike with your name on it

Good luck on the bike, I've found the one I want. Now it's a matter of affording it haha

Tonight is my last night in Pittsburgh. I'm all packed, I've said goodbye to everyone. I went to lunch with my family followed by Dozen cupcakes. It was just as I wanted it to be.

This time tomorrow I'll be in an airplane over Idaho or Oregon.

I'm really freaking excited, but am terrified that I'm going to miss my flight.

It's just more than...

12 days at my current job
14 days left in Pittsburgh.

Ross is leaving for an internship in Boston on Saturday; I didn't expect that I'd miss him this much.

I need to pack.

I have a job at Starbucks downtown waiting for me. I'd be freaking out if I didn't have a job.

I really need to take a bunch of picture before I...

I was just offered a job at a Starbucks in downtown Portland. They'd want me there in early July. Really? Really? This kind of thing doesn't happen in real life. It's exactly on the bus line from where I'll be staying.

I might have 1.5 months left in Pittsburgh and could celebrate my birthday on the West Coast! It's starting to seem real. And to...

At IUP, I'll have an 18 year old freshman roommate, but I'll be in the Global Awareness community. I'm hoping that will help me pass Spanish!

Making the Russian an amazing birthday cake for Thursday. His other present? Me wearing heels!

I'm not physically/sexually attracted to him. I'm super frustrated!

I'm donating blood on Tuesday. I'm pretty excited to potentially be saving 3 lives. Everyone...

We went out to Thai Place with one of my best friends since she wanted to see this guy before I ended it. Instead, she knocked some sense into me. My fear of heartbreak was blinding me to his body language. It's not perfect, but still worth sticking around for.

I visited IUP today and will be mailing my deposit...
