Best idea ever-- rescue an injured packrat. It seemed like a good idea since the thing was in shock and bleeding on the sidewalk outside of Best Buy.
Yeah, but those fuckers are noctural. It got out in my bathroom last night. I spent a good deal of time scrubbing rat blood off my wall today.
After recapturing the rat, however, I did take it to a wildlife rehab place. I hope it's okay. I mean, while it may have scared the crap out of me, it was kind of cute.
