I've been back from L.A. for a while and I drove too much out there which happens too often when I go to the westerly home. I never get to relax.

i saw the "Daniel Johnston and the Devil" doc earlier tonight and it's really good. It hit close to home as I was in Hoboken when he did that gig at Pier Platters and I caught a lot of the backdraft but I never really got Daniel Johnston til I heard Yo La Tengo cover "speeding motorcycle" on wfmu with daniel phoning it in. Bipolar disorder is so intense -- don't joke about it if you know someone who's dealing.

Anyway, sorta relaxed now after a night of DJing. Looking forward to camping in the woods again and moving forward! Thanks to the girls for yr nice backatchas!
