
I spent the last six weeks of my quarantine learning writing techniques regarding branding and booty/twerk dancing techniques!
It was such an amazing experience and it was so nice to have a group of women to learn and chat with twice a week over the past six weeks on zoom.
Today I’m signing up for another set of six week classes that start in a few weeks! The next round of classes will be focused on writing techniques regarding confidence and floor work dancing techniques.
Until then, I will be working on zoom classes focused on “cowgirl” workouts! That includes Chair dancing, yoni yoga, floor work, Twerking, and stamina + muscle building.
