woohoo! home from work! today was pretty laid back- i had to teach my boss to use the mail program on the new mac we got... that took hours. literally
so now i have my cider, d had dinner waiting, and i'm chillin' with a packed bowl
life is so good.
soooooo... i'm still working on that bass playin'. well, not yet today, but i'm still trying to hear the different sounds/chords and trying and pick them out of songs... you know? its hard. hope it gets easier. i'll be happy if i can jsut play some three chord punk shit!! that top string RULES- i fucking love the sound it makes. makes me feel all powerful- like working with power tools (yes i love power tools and took woodshop and welding in college)

i have tomorrow off (weds too!) and i plan on scrubbing this house and sewing some dollies- it's been too long since i've been able to sew. hah- thanks for the compliment strikinghelix!!

ohohohoh- update on the little bearded dragon from my job- he went home with my coworker and he fell in love with her dragon, Sabra. they actually lay on top of each other and snuggle and stuff. so fucking cute i want to jump for joy... what a happy ending!!!!!!!
