Well, I don't like working nights. I didn't think I would. Guess what I get to look forward to next week? Jackhammering. They're doing construction on my stack of balconies. During the time when I'm meant to be sleeping. I would just switch to sleeping in the evening if I could, but I have three more gigs this week and there are two Oilers games I am not going to miss.
Sigh.
I had an interview yesterday. I hope I get the job. It's a significant improvement over my current position.
The girl I like (there's a couple I like but there's nothing going on with any of them) has been talking with her ex this week. This is bad news for me, since I'm not going to get in the way if she wants to go back to him. I don't think it's good for her, but I can't tell her that. Unfortunately, I think this also means I won't see her much any more. Because I was friends with her and only really knew him through her, and I don't think he knows I've been out with her a couple of times, I don't think my chances of seeing her at all would be that great.
