oh help help help! Im not sure what I did, but I can't move! I have an intense pain in my upper back, and I cant get up or walk or anything else.. Somehow I;m going to have to get to the doctors today. I am really hoping that I will get some really strong painkillers that will make me high as a kite.

For a brief moment, I worried that it really was David Blaine, and I thought, God, no, she likes pretentious magicians.
