Ive heard the terms "Coldcock" and "Shinebox" recently... what the hell do they mean???

For the longest time I really thought I was going insane b/c i would hear voices and things at night. Then i found out my sister went to sleep with her TV on. You try falling asleep to show after show of Date my Mom!!!

I thought a coldcock could be done with a fist, club or any heavy object, as long as the person is knocked out and they never saw it coming, it's a coldcock.
