So class started today. First assignment was to describe a cd or dvd cover as descriptively as possible in 300-500 words. I generally have no problem writing, but I wrote this and then rewrote it about 20 times trying to get it right. Guess I'm just nervous since it's the first assignment and I'm not 100% sure what to expect. I picked the There Will Be Blood Blu-Ray cover.


I love that movie. It makes you cheer for the bad guy, this in my opinion does not happen often enough.

I'm watching a show about snipers, it's blowing my mind. I think I would pee myself if I was ever in war.

The suitcase is packed, everything is pretty much in order for NYC. I picked up one of these for the trip so I didn't have to lug my SLR around every where like last time:


That and I love an excuse to get a new gadget.

We took the dog to my parents house today so she could visit with their dogs, and get used to the place a bit more before we drop her off Tuesday to stay with them while we are in NYC. My parents have a german shepherd/wiener dog mix, and they love each other. I think they're surprised there is a another dog the same size and shape as they are. I felt bad when we had to leave, she looked really sad the whole car ride home. Some day when we buy a house we're totally getting a wire haired wiener dog to keep her company.



They have goatees. Enough said.

I turn 27 Thursday. Where or where did the time go?

PS: Expect about 1,000 pictures when I get back from NYC. That camera is going to get put through it's paces.
