Hmmm...."Good childbearing hips"...Sweet....laughing loudly here! actually. 5'3 - 150 isn't too bad but just a tip...never diet. Make "lifestyle changes"...things that you can stick with over time. I shoot for simple stuff...I had high blood pressure...work and stress related...well...they're the same work and stress...anyways...I cut out all salt. Living years later off the blood pressure meds and doing well....then I ran out of sugar at my house one day...and being as I was broke and all...I just didn't buy any. A year later and this sugar abuser that I was is now reformed. My nickname is Deacon...cause I don't drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs...don't even drink coffee...so they took the name from a movie and tagged me with it. It fits! My major vice is soft drinks...It will be my next lifestyle change before the weight goes to my ass!
