I am way behind in the studying, but i dont think it matters, cuz grades dont really matter now. I am really really enjoying the weather, especially the wet red leaves on the sidewalk that i stare at all the way to school.

its been a pretty good week

FACS (95% b cell purity! WOOT)
RNA extraction.
maybe DNase treatment?

so today i had this really important talk where i have to explain the research i did during my first rotation to the rest of the first year class. I was super nervous and I think it showed. Luckily, i got really good feedback, and I think alot of people were interested in my project. Im suuuuuper glad this is over, bc now...
