You're right.
I already voted -- we have the option to vote ahead of time here in Illinois -- and I voted for the pro-marriage equality candidate. Hope he wins.

Lovely suit. The flower pictures in Something Beautiful are utterly amazing.

Hope you slept well. That is a truly stunning picture. Absolutely gorgeous!
In reference to your response last post: Yeah, you're right. It was the medium she chose to do this over, so the fault lies with her. Coming back later and whining only makes her look more ridiculous.
Hope you day is amazing!

Oooh, I looked up that book you're reading and it sounds fascinating. I put it on my Amazon list to buy next time I order.

Welcome back! How are you? What have you been up to?

Now that's a loooong distance relationship. I mean, K_Rex and my's relationship was only 1200 miles for 2 years, TX to NC, but you have an entire ocean to hop over. Glad you'll see her in a few months. The wait time is brutal.
I am so envious of you being able to write. I've always wanted to, and have started a few time with what I consider good ideas, but I keep overthinking it to the point of paralysys...I just cannot write any more because my ideas hare off in too many directions and trying to see the outcomes of every direction. Several of the authors I read have said many times how their characters take on a life of their own and they are constantly surprised at the outcomes. Sometimes they create a new character that they are not even sure if they will survive. Laurell K Hamilton is one that has said this a few times, can't remember the other.
I cannot imagine that amount of freedom, willingness to let go and see how something flows and adjust to it as it goes. I'm way to much a stickler for knowing how something starts, a few key points in the middle, and how something ends, and sticking with that. I think that's what bogs me down every time. Well, that and that I don't type fast enough to keep up with ideas.
Good luck with the writing. I'll try to be first in line when you publish your first book!!
Love and happiness to you.

Looks like it was a busy but rewarding weekend. Voting in NJ is coming up soon - I got the paper copy of the ballot in the mail today and I'm looking forward to actually going to vote again now that I'm no longer at school.
As far as what I'm up to - I'm finally just about done with pharmacy school. I've got to complete a total of 7 rotations, five weeks each at different sites in order to graduate and get my pharmacist license - two clinicals with a faculty member in a hospital (both of which I finished), two in a retail pharmacy (in a supermarket, chain store (CVS/Walgreens/RiteAid/WalMart/Target), independent store, etc), two electives (I chose two nearby pharmaceutical companies), and one hospital dispensing rotation. I finished three of the seven so far and will be done with the rest by March and will officially graduate in May. It's strange to not be in classes anymore but I'm pretty happy with not having to study so much.

Cutie!
Remember that time when I posted something on this site about a girl coming to visit me and I was deeply in love and so excited, and then I never updated ever again?
Therein begins lifesplosion.
Did it work out with the girl?
Who knows. We're friends now.
I moved from Chicago to Portland. I fell for other girls. I got laid a lot. I...

Welcome back - things really have changed quite a bit for you over the past three years.

Hey! I was wondering what happened to you. You look great. I*m doing good. Working as an audio-visual tech @ a concert venue. Just moved into a bigger place. How are you, still involved in theatre?
Updates:
My dad is in a nursing home but it seems to be a positive, temporary measure. They've taken him off of some medication that seemed to be depressing and exhausting him. Even after a full day of physical therapy he seems to be more energetic and coherent than he was before. My parents are probably moving to Portland (yes, I'm jealous! I miss my...

i love your pics!!
A lot of highs and lows right now.
My dad is back in the hospital....soon to be moved to a glorified nursing home. He's only 66. It doesn't seem right.
My flickr account got flagged as lewd. I know I'm naked a lot, but lewd?
The 5-year anniversary of Meredith's death hit. I really can't process that. So I tried to just maintain the memory...
