I can't even express how impressive that is to me. I know how cold that is. Having lived in Alameda most of my life, I have wanted to do that for years. I will have to just decide to do it in my old age to make it even more impressive...You're athletic abilities amaze me though.

I lied. I switched breakfasts. Here's what it is now:

- Tofu scramble with zucchini and baby spinach
- Fruit smoothie made with peaches, plums, and strawberries

I swim from Alcatraz to SF next weekend. So far I haven't been molested by rabid sea lions while swimming in the bay. There's still time, though.

I haven't gone to Burning Man for the last 3 years....
