so the past few weeks have proven somewhat more promising that there is a light at the end of the tunnel then it had been. Mainly I have finally found someone to replace my buddy Paul who is leaving the shop at the end of the month. My buddy Pierre is coming to take his place and I couldnt be more pumped. Another solid traditional tattooer at the shop! Now all I need to do is convince my buddy Jan to pack up and move on down and we will have quite the array of artists to help everyone with their needs.......
Financially its still a BIG black looming hole but at least I feel like we are getting closer to the top. Slowly, ever so slowly...........Just gotta keep grinding away at work and stay away from bars and strip clubs haha
I on a whim decided to get my head tattooed. I had been tossing the idea around back and forth and decided this past tuesday to go ahead and just say fuck it and go for it. I am thrilled about it. Already have the other side planned out for next month. Was supposed to head home this weekend to go to my grandmothers birthday and decided to forewarn my parents.....and....well..........they are way more pissed about this then I thought they would be!!!! I cant even sympathise with their reaction so I just didnt even respond. Also did not go to home because my parents had no interest in seeing me. I am sure they will get over it at one point, or more pissed when I get the other side done haha
