dude, I feel your pain. 2012 was a disaster for me. I'm not going to go into specifics, but I can tell you I had to make many changes in my life in order to rise above. 2013 was a struggle, but at this point in my life, I can finally say things are on the up and up. it already sounds like you know what one of the major factors is and its a tough one to change.
