oki

it has been so beautiful outside the past few days. that puts me in a good mood. i've been taking it pretty easy latley. however i did feel the need to start doing something active. so for the first time in probably 12 years i went for a bike ride. no and not like cool hardcore biking i'm talking like around the neighborhood. it was nice though to get outside and be able to do something. not a whole lot else is new. i'm going to the beach next weekend for a much needed break. how is everyone
