If you are trying to say that the Boomers are the most self-indulgent and horrible generation yet, I agree. The cut off for them demographically is 1963. So that would be anyone over 46. Gen X begins there, followed by Y 12 years later.

Of the 103 managers in my command chain, 96 are Boomers. They suck. And not in a good way. Thye are unconsciously sexist, racist, and completely self-absorbed.
