During my lunch break today I went to CVS (somehow I always manage to run out of shampoo, conditioner, face scrub, and body wash on the same day) and as I was shopping I decided it was new haircolor time for me. I like to do that every once in a while...kind of gives me a little bounce in my step to change something up. I really like how it came out, so I thought I would share...

Yes, I look scared in the first picture. I am not the champion of self-photography. Hell, it's hard for me to take a good picture no matter who is working the camera.

Our tailgate party at work today was fabulous. Everyone raved about the baked penne I made, my supervisor even came into my office afterwards for the recipe. I couldn't bear to tell her that it's the easiest thing on the planet and she shouldn't need a recipe, so I made one up as I went along. I hope that turns out well for her. Haha.

I am getting super excited for the game this weekend...not that I haven't been excited since the tickets came in the mail...but even more so because it's just days away. Yes, I realize it's Akron and I shouldn't be so excited, but I can't help it. As the best damn band in the land does their ramp entrance for the first time this season, you better believe that I will be jumping up and down and screaming. Plus, everytime I go into that stadium, I have fond memories of when I was dating a member of the marching band. They were allowed access to the stadium after hours to practice...yes, I am DAMN proud that I had sex on the 50-yard line. And in C-deck. And in the band room. I love that place.
