I went to two parties and a movie on Saturday and didn't get hammered.
I was home by 9:30 and played guitar, sounds boring but I'm over the late nights, to many years chasing the sunrise with a drink in my hand.
My ankle seems to be healing alright but it gets sore if I'm on it all day.
