I hate being sick...this is like the third time I've been sick since September
...I'm just getting annoyed with the whole thing.
I'm usually fine with periods of being single but lately it's starting to wear on me. I miss waking up to someone I love and kissing them when they don't even know it. I miss putting off work because I'd rather think about a smile and a gaze. I miss smiling so hard that my face muscles cramp up and I feel weightless from the...

It's better to have loved and lost than to have loved, lost and then keep pining away for someone now your "friend".

LA rules. If people are in Cali and are impulsive, they should come to the Bay Area the next time Occam plays. While he's not always down for a party, I know I am.

Do the Swans really make you feel *worse*??
I mean I know how miserable they can be especially early stuff but songs like "The Golden Boy...." and others are so (pauses for adjective) well, *pure* I find them affirming and somehow uplifting.
And here's to the 2X15's !

Well Mr. Divine Proportion/Golden Ratio when I get in a funky mood I do like to make myself feel as bad as possibl it's not really conscious decision it's just something I find myself doing. If anything though it seems to allow the mood to pass a bit faster than it otherwise would. There are certain Swans songs that really remind me of specific experiences and people and that can hurt quite a bit. Love Will Save you is one that can sober up my best of moods. I love the Swans....very powerful, emotional music.
You gotta do more of me. We need to go over the dumb manual so we can make 'em look decent. Or sumthin'.
