occam

I really want to start building something. I really like my job but at the end of the day I have no idea what I've done for anybody...maybe I've helped a few people maybe I've scarred others for life....I just don't know. I'd like to hold something tangible and honestly know if it's good, bad or otherwise. I'm looking into some books on understanding tube amps. I have a few crackpot theories as to what I'd like to see in an amp and hopefully it's not impossible. I've also wanted to get into guitar repair but the tools are expensive as they are for building amps (and pedals) so I have to pick one or the other and I think I'm going to go with amps for now.

The woman I'm seeing is going to meet some of my friends tomorrow. I'm not worried about her or my friends or how they interact. I'm more worried about myself and I'm still going to be into her after this event. Should be an interesting weekend.

As always....if you know any drummers in the bay area or willing to move here let me know....we're desperate.
