Went to an event called the "lap dance exchange". I didn't even think I was going out tonight and then I was looking at my room and my projects I am working on and thought. " I have to get out of here" So I went, with no plans to actually participate.
Of course, I participated. I was trying to figure out what music I had with me that I would want to take my clothes off to. I ended up choosing "why I'm so unhappy" by Dntel. there is something very sleepy and lost about it, yet tender and sweet. I got a lot of comments afterwards asking if I was a dancer, what that music was, what I was trying to convey and a lot of positive encouragement.
I have no idea what I did. At one point I was taking off my pants and I realized that I really didn't know if they would fit over my boots. They did, thank god!!
I must find the avenues that will lead me to more experiences like that, It makes me feel like maybe I do have a strength and a purpose after all. It felt really satisfying.
What music would _you_ strip to?
